Camilla Morè (a trade name of Mp Ecommerce, "Camilla Morè," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal data you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how we use and protect it, and what rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Dutch law.
This policy applies to all personal data processed through camillamore.com (the "Site"), including data collected when you browse the Site, place an order, contact customer support, or sign up for marketing communications.

We do not knowingly collect any special categories of personal data (such as health, religion, or political opinions) and we ask that you do not share such information with us.
3. How we collect your data

- E-commerce platform: our online store is hosted on Shopify, which processes personal data on our behalf and, for some purposes, as an independent controller under its own privacy policy.
- Payment providers: to securely process your payment.
- Shipping carriers (such as PostNL): to deliver your order and provide tracking.
- Email/SMS service providers: to send transactional and, where you've opted in, marketing messages.
- Professional advisors and authorities: where required to comply with the law, enforce our Terms of Service, or protect our rights.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
6. International data transfers
Some of the service providers listed above may process data outside the European Economic Area (EEA). Where this happens, we ensure an adequate level of protection is in place, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, or that the recipient is certified under an approved data protection framework.
7. How long we keep your data
We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy:
- Order and invoice data: for as long as required by Dutch tax and accounting law (currently 7 years).
- Account data: for as long as you maintain an account with us.
- Marketing data: until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent, after which we suppress your details to honor your opt-out.
- Customer service correspondence: for a reasonable period after resolution, to handle any follow-up questions or disputes.
When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.
