By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Shipping Policy, and our Return & Refund Policy, all of which are incorporated by reference.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order on the Site. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
2. Accounts
If you create an account with us, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Please contact us immediately at infocamillamore@gmail.com if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that are used in violation of these Terms, or to prevent fraud or abuse.
3. Products, pricing, and availability
- We make every effort to display our products and their colors, materials, and sizing accurately, but slight variations (for example, due to screen settings) may occur.
- All prices are shown in [currency, e.g. EUR] and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.
- We reserve the right to correct pricing or product description errors, limit order quantities, or discontinue products at any time. If we discover a pricing error after you've placed an order, we will contact you before shipping to give you the option to confirm your order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.
- Product availability is not guaranteed until your order is confirmed.
4. Orders and payment
- Placing an order is an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline (for example, in case of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailable stock).
- You agree to provide accurate and complete billing and delivery information.
- Payment is processed securely through our payment provider(s) at the time of order. We do not store your full payment card details.
- Once your order is confirmed, you'll receive a confirmation email. Delivery follows our [Shipping Policy].
5. Your right to cancel and return
As a consumer, you benefit from a statutory right to cancel your order and return it, as described in full in our [Return & Refund Policy]. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights under EU or Dutch law.
6. Promotions, discount codes, and gift cards
- Discount codes and promotions are subject to their own specific terms (such as validity period, minimum spend, or excluded products), which we will state when the offer is made.
- Offers cannot be combined unless we explicitly say so.
- We reserve the right to cancel orders and void discounts obtained through fraud, abuse, or technical error.
7. Marketing communications
If you opt in to receive marketing emails or SMS messages from us, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails or by replying "STOP" to our texts, or by contacting us directly at infocamillamore@gmail.com. Opting out of marketing does not affect transactional messages related to an order you've placed (such as shipping confirmations).
8. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including text, product photography, graphics, logos, and the Camilla Morè name and branding — is owned by or licensed to Mp Ecommerce and is protected by intellectual property law. You may view and download content for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, or use our content or branding for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
9. Customer reviews and content
If you submit a review, photo, or other content to us (for example, via email, social media, or a review platform), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with promoting Camilla Morè, unless you tell us otherwise. Please only submit content that is your own and that does not infringe anyone else's rights. We may remove or decline to publish any content at our discretion.
10. Prohibited uses
When using the Site, you agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or interfere with the Site's operation.
- Scrape, copy, or misuse our content, pricing, or product data for commercial purposes.
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information (including for orders, returns, or reviews).
11. Third-party links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites (for example, social media or payment providers). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party site.
12. Our liability to you
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for:
- Death or personal injury caused by our negligence;
- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or
- Any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Dutch or EU law, including your statutory consumer rights.
Subject to the above, to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as loss of income or opportunity) that are not a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. If you are a consumer, you also benefit from any mandatory consumer protection provided by the law of the country where you live.
Any dispute will first be addressed through direct communication with our team at infocamillamore@gmail.com — most issues can be resolved this way. If we can't resolve a dispute directly, it may be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, or to the courts of your own country of residence if you are an EU consumer and mandatory law gives you that right.
If you are an EU consumer, you can also submit a complaint through the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our business or the law. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Changes apply to orders placed after the update; they do not affect orders you've already placed.

Note (remove before publishing): Unlike a US-style policy, this version does not include a mandatory arbitration or class-action waiver clause — those are generally not enforceable against EU consumers and can themselves be considered an unfair contract term under EU law, so leaving them out is a deliberate, more legally sound choice for a Netherlands-based store. It assumes Dutch law/courts and includes the mandatory EU ODR link, which valerie-mason.com's US-based version omits entirely. Please fill in your registered address, KvK number and VAT number as soon as you have them — under Dutch law, this information is legally required to be disclosed on your site (not just an email address). This is a strong starting draft, not legal advice; have a lawyer review it before publishing, especially the liability and jurisdiction sections.
